Bedwars Multiplayer — Free Browser Game
Bedwars Multiplayer is a free, browser-based 3D strategy and combat game. Up to four players each spawn on their own floating sky island, collect resources, buy items from the shop, and compete to destroy every other player's bed. No download or account required — click Play and you're in.
How to Play
Your island has a bed. As long as your bed is intact, you respawn 5 seconds after being defeated. Once your bed is destroyed you get one life — fall again and you're eliminated. The last player standing wins. Rounds last up to 15 minutes.
Iron and Gold spawn automatically on your island every few seconds. Walk over them to collect, then press B to open the shop and spend them on blocks, weapons, and utility items. Upgrading your island generator (the glowing block on your island) increases how fast resources spawn.

Block Placement
Right-clicking with a block in hand places it against any surface you're looking at. When no surface is in range, the block is placed directly in front of you at foot level — just like Bedrock edition bridging. This makes it easy to build bridges without needing to look straight down.
Shop Items
Open the shop with B at any time during a round. Items are purchased with Iron, Gold, or Emeralds.
- Grass (5 Iron, ×8) — basic bridging block
- Glass (5 Iron, ×16) — cheap but breaks quickly
- Wood (5 Gold, ×32) — solid and cheap, good for bridging
- Stone (5 Gold, ×8) — much harder to break than wood
- Obsidian (1 Emerald, ×1) — extremely tough and explosion resistant
- Wooden Sword (5 Iron) — basic melee weapon
- Iron Sword (5 Gold) — stronger melee weapon
- Emerald Sword (5 Emeralds) — highest damage melee weapon
- Bow (10 Gold) — ranged weapon; hold right-click to charge for up to 2 seconds. Deals 1–4 damage based on charge. Requires Arrows.
- Arrow (5 Iron, ×6) — ammunition for the Bow
- Axe (5 Gold) — breaks blocks 3× faster
- Pickaxe (5 Gold) — breaks stone and obsidian 3× faster
- Emerald Axe (5 Emeralds) — instantly breaks glass; breaks beds and wood 5× faster
- Emerald Pickaxe (5 Emeralds) — breaks stone and obsidian 5× faster
- Iron Carrot (10 Iron) — consumable that restores health
- Fireball (48 Iron) — explosive projectile
- Wind Charge (10 Gold) — launches players back on impact
- Enderpearl (2 Emeralds) — teleports you on impact
- Jetpack (5 Emeralds) — grants aerial mobility
- Decoy (2 Emeralds) — creates a clone to distract opponents
- Weight (10 Emeralds) — heavy melee weapon; damage scales with fall distance
Using the Bow
The Bow is a ranged weapon purchased from the shop for 10 Gold. With the Bow equipped, hold right-click to draw the string. Release to fire an arrow. The charge window is 0.5 to 2 seconds — releasing before 0.5 seconds cancels the shot. Damage scales linearly: 1 damage at 0.5 s, 2 at 1 s, 3 at 1.5 s, and 4 (maximum) at a full 2-second draw. The bow sprite animates through four frames as the string is pulled back. Arrows are sold separately (5 Iron for 6) and stack in your inventory.
Eye Classes
Before entering a round, pick an Eye Class from the landing screen. Each class gives a different passive ability. Blue, Brown, and Green are available to all players including guests. Additional classes are unlocked by playing on a registered account.
- Blue Eyes — start each round with 1 Wind Charge; Wind Charges cost 5 Gold instead of 10
- Brown Eyes — your bed takes 3 seconds to break instead of 0.8 seconds
- Green Eyes — Enderpearls travel 2× faster; your first Enderpearl costs 1 Emerald
- Ghost Eyes (unlockable) — nearly invisible while crouching
- Purple Eyes (unlockable) — enemy knockback with bow and empty hand is 1.5x
- Amber Eyes (unlockable) — Fireballs are 1.5× larger; cost reduced to 40 Iron
- Black Eyes (unlockable) — hold right click with an empty hand to charge a self-explosion
- Crimson Eyes (unlockable) — hold right click with an empty hand to enter the Crimson Realm, a hidden dimension where you are invisible to other players but take continuous damage
- Red Eyes (unlockable) — your decoys explode when approached; chain reactions are possible
- Xanadu Eyes (unlockable) — hold right click with empty hands to reverse time, teleporting to where you were 5 seconds ago
- Poison Eyes (unlockable) — right click with empty hands to blow poison smoke that damages nearby enemies
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the game free?
Yes, completely free. No paywalled modes or premium currency. Ads help cover server costs.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest play is fully supported. Creating a free account saves your stats (wins, losses, and beds broken) across sessions and lets you unlock additional Eye Classes.
How many players per match?
Up to four players, each on their own island. If fewer than four players are connected when a round starts, it begins anyway with whoever is present.
Does it work on mobile or Chromebook?
Yes. The game runs in any modern browser including Chrome on Chromebooks. Touch controls are supported on mobile, though mouse and keyboard give the best experience.
Why does it go fullscreen when I click Play?
The first-person camera requires pointer lock, which browsers only grant on user interaction. Pressing ESC unlocks the mouse without leaving the game.
What is the Crimson Realm?
The Crimson Realm is a special ability exclusive to the Crimson Eyes class. While active, you become invisible to opponents but slowly lose health. It is a high-risk, high-reward strategy for ambushes and surprise attacks.
